Your information is stored in GoHighLevel, our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform. GoHighLevel processes and stores data in accordance with strict security standards. We do not sell or trade your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes.
By providing your name, email, and postal code through our sign-up form, you provide your express consent for us to collect and use this information for the purposes described above. You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us as specified in Section 8.

What we collect. When you register with real-e, we collect your mobile phone number. If you tick the SMS consent box, we also record that consent, the date it was given, and the page it was given on.
How we use it. We use your phone number to contact you about your enquiry — by phone, and by text message where you have consented. Text messages may be sent by a member of our team or automatically as part of a short follow-up sequence.
Consent is optional. Agreeing to receive text messages is not required to register with real-e, to use the platform, or to receive any service from us.
We do not sell or share it. We do not sell your phone number. We do not share mobile phone numbers or SMS consent with third parties for their own marketing purposes. We share them only with the service providers who deliver messages on our behalf, and only for that purpose.
How to stop. Reply STOP to any text message to opt out at any time, or contact us using the details in this policy. Opting out of texts does not remove you from the platform; we may still contact you by phone or email about your enquiry.
